Dear Gaming Gods,
Thank you for the opportunity to express how much you mean to me. Although I bow and say a little prayer of thanks every day for the many benefits of gaming life, for the sake of SW brevity, I'm narrowing it down to the top five, beginning with

5) My slim PlayStation 2. I have an XBox, a GameCube a PS2 and a PS1, but my lifeline is the solid, dependable and beautiful slim PS2. (until I get my PSP and my PS3)

4) My Logitech wireless controller - and BestBuy's return policy when I burned through the joystick in a Katamari rolling frenzy.

3) Katamari Damacy, We Love Katamari, The King of All Cosmos, Keita Takahashi-san, and the hours and hours of rolling pleasure. ROYAL RAINBOW!

2) Streetwise Games - for the opportunity to suck up and score sweet swag. (pander, pander)

1) The recession-proof gaming industry that kept me gainfully (and gamefully) employed during the dot-com bust -- creating websites and online animation for games such as Pac-Man World2, Xenosaga, MotoGP, TimeCrisis3, BatenKaitos, etc. etc. This industry opens up the doors for not only gamers, but creative people who design and market games.
